Welcome to temp-mail.lol. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By Using Our Service

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

What We Provide

temp-mail.lol provides a temporary email service that allows users to create disposable email addresses for receiving emails without revealing their personal email addresses.

No Registration

Use without creating accounts

Temporary by Design

All addresses automatically expire

Important

You agree not to use temp-mail.lol for any prohibited activities listed below.

Prohibited activities include:

Any illegal activities
Spamming or mass mailing
Harassing, threatening, or harming others
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distributing malware or other harmful code
Any activity that could disrupt or impair the service

temp-mail.lol is provided as-is with the following limitations:

Automatic Deletion

Emails are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity

Delivery Not Guaranteed

We cannot guarantee delivery of all emails

Domain Blocking

Some websites may block our email domains

Usage Limits

The service may have usage limits to prevent abuse

Our Role

When you create an alias, we relay mail for it to the destination address you gave us. We are a relay, not the recipient: what you do with the mail is your responsibility, and what a sender writes is theirs.

These conditions apply to forwarding:

An alias only works while it is paid: as many days as you bought with coins, or until your subscription ends
You may hold a window of up to 90 days ahead on any one alias
The destination must confirm the alias by email before anything forwards to it
Deleting an alias stops its mail immediately — senders get a bounce — and frees the name after 30 days
We may suspend an alias without notice when it is used to send spam, malware or anything unlawful; mail is held, not forwarded, while it is suspended
Forwarding is best effort: we cannot promise that a sender's server will accept what we relay

What a Ticket Is

A ticket is a private conversation between you and our support team, tied to the app identity that opened it.

These conditions apply to support tickets:

Open a ticket from a verified app identity, so the reply can reach you in the app
If you give an email address for the reply, it is used only to answer you
We store your message, that address if given, and your device model and app version
Tickets are kept for 180 days after their last update, and are deleted when you ask us to delete your data
Do not send unlawful content, or anyone else's private information

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) with or without notice at any time.

We won't be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the effective date.

Acceptance by Continued Use

Your continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Immediate Effect

Termination may occur without prior notice for Terms violations

Access Cessation

Your right to use the service will immediately cease
