Delete your Temp Mail data
This page is for users of the Temp Mail – Temporary Email Android app (package com.tronics.tempmail, developer tronics) and its Mail Forwarder feature. Use it to request deletion of your account data.
How to request deletion
In the app
Open the app and go to More → Delete my data, then confirm. This sends a deletion request to our support team.
Without the app
Email us from an address you can reach. Include your recovery code, or your forwarding alias and destination address, and tell us you want your data deleted. [email protected].
What gets deleted
- Your coins balance and history
- Your recovery code
- Forwarding aliases and their destination addresses
- Your support tickets
- Linked browser sessions
What we may keep, and for how long
We may keep records we're required to retain for fraud prevention or legal obligations — for example, payment records held by Google Play, or abuse logs — for up to 90 days.
Temporary inboxes already auto-delete after 24 hours, so there's usually nothing left to delete there.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days and reply to the email address you give us.
